Craniosacral Fascial Therapy - CFT

CFT is a very gentle hands on modality to release tension in body's connective tissue - also known as fascia. Dr. Gillespie believes that fascia remembers everything and that it can store emotional and physical trauma.
I truly believe that every mother and baby deserves access to quality support. I strive to provide personalized care to each of my clients, taking into consideration their individual needs and circumstances.
My goal is to provide compassionate and professional lactation support to new mothers and their families. I believe in empowering women to make informed decisions about their breastfeeding journey.
I will provide follow-up via phone, email or text. I provide reports to your health care provider about your visit. At the end of the visit you will receive a 48 hour care plan to follow.
